Adonis is very dependable and does good work at fair prices. We call him for any work needed to be done at our house.

Cleanliness: While the work area was generally kept tidy, there were a few instances where debris was left behind. A more thorough cleanup at the end of each day would enhance the overall experience.

Final Walkthrough: It would have been beneficial to have a final walkthrough with the team to address any minor concerns or touch-ups before the project was considered complete.

I had recently taken over the care of my mothers home in Alvin and it was in fairly bad shape. I needed a painter, wood repairs and brick cleaning along with some crazy red mildew/mold removal that wouldn’t come out of the hardie siding even with a 3200 psi pressure washer. I live 2 hours away and I had a really hard time finding any “quality” contractors in the Alvin area that would return their calls, show up when they said they would show up for a walk through then to quote! I was trying to go by word of mouth but that didn’t work out at all. I had three contractors lined up to be there on site on a Monday morning in which 2 didn’t show up at all and the other showed up 3 hours late – I was not pleased at all to say the least. I had gone into town to have some breakfast while burning time waiting on the late show to get there and I was pretty frustrated. During b-fast I asked the Lord to send me an honest, true to their word craftsman. After praying I started to Google contractors and the very first one was The Twins. I called and Adonias answered quickly to my surprise. Adonias was very respectful and seemed humble so I told him my issue and as it turned out he wasn’t far from my mothers home and we were meeting in her driveway 15 minutes later. We did a quick walk around and what I thought were major issues seemed like very minor ones to him. He sent me a quote a few hours later and three weeks later he and his crew showed up to start work at 8:45 am and start time wasn’t until 9 – yes, that is a big deal in this day and time when most show up late if they show up at all. He and his crew worked extremely hard and had serious pride in their work and communicated very well with each other. There were vines on the brick that I had killed but they wouldn’t come off with a pressure washer either but they had them totally removed quickly along with that red mold. The removed all of the caulking, re-caulked, cleaned and it was ready for primer the next day. Their caulking job, wood replacement and painting all turned out top notch! I will add that their clean up every evening was awesome. The next projects will be interior in which the whole floating wood floor will be replaced, bathroom remodel and tile damage repair. No need for me to give it even a second thought as to call any other contractors any more because The Twins will be doing the rest of the work!! Thank you Adonias!

The Twins have done multiple jobs for me and I will definitely keep calling them. You name it, they can do it. By way of example, I’ve had them handle painting; carpet repair; sheetrock repair; flood light work; bath and window caulking; junk/rock/debris removal; and shrub, vine, weed removal. The work very efficiently and at prices which provide great value. Highly recommended!
